Job Type: Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week)

Rate of Pay: $17.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Becky Maug Cleaning, Inc. is expanding our team and seeking a dedicated individual to fill the position Residential Cleaning Technician in the Chippewa Valley (Chippewa Falls & Eau Claire) area. As a Residential Cleaning Technician you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and providing high-quality deep cleaning services to our clients. This position requires a strong attention to detail, as you will be peforming intensive cleaning tasks, often getting down on hands and knees, climbing ladders and walking over 10,000 steps per day. Breaks are taken during travel between homes and will you will be paid for this travel time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough deep cleaning tasks following company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas.
• Adhere to company policies, procedure, and cleaning protocols.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Manage time efficiently to stay within clients allotted cleaning timeframe.

General Duties:

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen/breakrooms.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
• Stock paper products and proper supplies.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Dust surfaces in designated areas.
• Cleaning toilets using appropriate cleaning methods.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
• Ability to learn, use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies with skill and efficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, twist and perform other motions required to complete the job.
• Ability to walk continually throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and cooperate professionally in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Pass a drug screening.

• Residential and some Commercial settings working alongside other team members.
• High phyiscal demands including extensive walking and frequent bending.

This Job Is:

• Suitable for candidates with or without previous experience cleaning experience.
