What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Office Cleaner position at Maui Bob's Office Cleaning?
We are a commercially based office cleaning company that has been operating for over 50 years in the North State. We clean buildings based in North Redding all the way to Anderson, so an ideal candidate must live within this area and have their own vehicle to get to and from work and in between client buildings. It is common to clean more than one location each night, depending how many hours you seek to work.
Typical job duties include wiping down furniture, emptying trash cans, cleaning restrooms and kitchens, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. While these are very basic skills, we take our performance seriously and therefore are only looking for serious candidates who are detail orientated. Our team members work alone and are responsible for their own work so an ideal candidate would be able to operate independently and efficiently. Our hours of operation are nights and weekends so having this availability is a must. We offer a fixed schedule, which is great for someone looking for a second source of income, stay at home parent, or someone in school. This is greatly beneficial if you like routine and knowing when and where you will work weekly so you can plan out other areas of your life.
Currently I am seeking to hire 1 person. What I am looking for is someone who can commit to at least 1 year working for us. I would like our clients to experience the benefit of having someone reliable, dependable, responsible, and trustworthy working in their building after hours.
