Maui Brewing Co. Waikiki - Front of House Manager
Location : Waikiki, HI
Key Responsibilities :
Lead by example in training and empowering hourly staff to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Oversee front-of-house operations with precision and care, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Maintain high cleanliness standards to uphold excellence throughout the establishment.
Proactively address guest concerns to guarantee satisfaction and enhance the dining experience.
Foster smooth communication and collaboration with our kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and consistent service quality.
Salary : $70k to $80k (DOE)
