SUMMARY
We are looking for a Bell Person with a great personality and can offer professional service to all guests such as providing information about Hotel Services, local attractions, and restaurants.
SOME DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proven customer service skills and experience in a hotel environment
- Requires extensive walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting to 50lbs
- Provide Valet Service as needed (Must have clean driving abstract)
- Maintains knowledge of hotel amenities and services offered.
- Must be available to work AM shift, PM shift, weekends, and Holidays
- Strong front desk and guest services experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and HotSos helpful
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
