Job Summary:
Maui Nō Ka ʻOi Magazine is hiring an Advertising Sales Director to lead advertising growth across our print, digital and event platforms.
This role involves managing your own client accounts, developing outreach strategies and building long-term relationships with Maui businesses and organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and build relationships with Maui-based advertisers
- Create and present custom advertising proposals
- Manage the full sales cycle – from outreach to closing to client service
- Coordinate with editorial and production teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales performance
- Participate in campaign planning, forecasting and strategy
- Support advertiser distribution and assist with collections as needed
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in sales, advertising, media or business development
- Excellent communication, persuasion and client service skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated and proactive
- Familiar with CRM tools and digital work platforms
- Maui residency or strong knowledge of local business culture preferred
