We are seeking a highly skilled Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary team at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food, as well as supervising and training other kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items, requisition needed supplies and food items.
- Inspect kitchen equipment; check on usability of stored and refrigerated items.
- Assume the responsibility of the Executive Chef in their absence.
