As a Licensed Insurance Office Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong customer relationships and providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide expert advice on insurance options and educate customers about their insurance needs.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Requirements:
- Recent State Farm experience.
- Office management skills.
- Sales and/or customer service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
