About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join our NSW Estate Litigation Team. This is a full-time, contract position based in our Sydney CBD office. Reporting to the QLD / NSW Estate Litigation Leader and supported by a broader team, you will be responsible for :
- Estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested probate claims
- Breach of trust and financial elder abuse matters
