JOB SUMMARY:
Reviews patients charts and performs ICD-10 and CPT coding for DRG and APC assignments. Works with medical staff and hospital staff to obtain documentation for accurate coding.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC or coding certification Required
1 Year of Coding Experience Required
