JOB SUMMARY:
Primarily responsible for handling/storing/preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations,
preparing food that meets standards for palatability/appearance, portioning food in accord with
designated standards, meeting meal schedule, avoiding food waste, using standard recipes, and
using equipment and supplies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent
o One (1) Hospital, Institutional or Restaurant Environment as a Baker, Cook or Salad Maker
