JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates clinical management of patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required: Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee. Certified through ANCC or AANP in Tennessee required.
Preferred: Master’s degree in Nursing preferred. 2 years as a Nursing Practitioner in a Clinical setting preferred.
