Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Travel Telemetry RN to join our Maury Regional Hospital team in a dynamic Stepdown/SSU unit. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients requiring cardiac monitoring and telemetry services.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a similar acute care setting.
- Current state license to practice as a RN in the United States.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred but not required.
