Title : Registered Nurse WKE- Home Health
Location : Maury Regional Health - Columbia
Position Shift : Part Time Sat / Su
Position Summary :
Primarily responsible for the therapeutic care of patients in their place of residence. The RN will promote continuity of care through coordination of patient care services. Must possess a good working knowledge of the nursing process and demonstrate clinical competency and leadership. Able to adapt to change. On-call required for some positions
Credentials / Education :
- RN license in TN or Compact State Required
- Driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance Required.
- 1 year of Home Health or Nursing Experience Preferred
- ASN Degree or higher Required
