Job Title: Adult Critical Care Nurse
The Maury Regional Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adult Critical Care nurse to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Critical care nursing skills in an adult setting, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Maintain knowledge of life-saving procedures, such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Familiarity with National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIH-SS).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in adult critical care or similar setting.
- Current certifications in ACLS and BLS are required.
- Cerner experience necessary.
- Pending license accepted: No
Work Schedule:
We offer a variety of scheduling options, including self-scheduling and balancing to meet unit needs. Weekend rotations occur every 4-6 weeks. Clinicians may be called upon to float within scope to meet facility needs, but standby/cost containment occurs only during regularly scheduled shifts.
Special Requirements:
- A valid government-issued photo ID must be carried on person during hours of service.
- Proof of I9 and Everify or attestation are required for all candidates.
- Candidates must complete the Initial Hospital Orientation presentation prior to providing services under agreement.
- Annual TB Symptom Assessment Form completion with the Occupation Health Department is mandatory upon expiration.
