JOB TITLE Senior Compliance Data Analyst

JOB SUMMARY :
The Senior Compliance Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing, managing, and analyzing data to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies and standards. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, data analysis methodologies, and compliance processes. The Senor Compliance Analyst will work closely with various MRH departments to identify areas of risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and help drive data-informed decision-making to optimize operational effectiveness. The Senior Compliance Data Analyst will also perform audits on an as needed basis.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
5 years Healthcare compliance experience Required
5 years' Experience in data analysis focused on compliance regulatory roles Required
5 years Working knowledge of HIM and Information technology Preferred
Certification in Healthcare Compliance Preferred
Certification in Healthcare Privacy Preferred
CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field Preferred
