  • Observation unit for patients that come in through the Emergency Department, but are not sure if they are staying or returning home
  • Position / Specialty : stepdown / ssu
  • Start date : ASAP
  • Ratios : 1 : 5
  • Years of Experience Required : 2
  • First-timers Accepted : Yes
  • Weekend Requirement : every 3-4 weeks
  • On-call Requirement : No
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs : Yes to stepdown with 1 : 4 ratios, and med / surg 1 : 5
  • Open to accommodating block schedule : Yes
  • Locals accepted : Yes
  • Pending License accepted : No
