JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assess, analyze, and provide timely resolution of issues in the production systems.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and deliver enhancements.
- Support business process owners in testing new functionality & document results.
- Understand the inter-relationship between data, functionality & business processes.
- Key contributor to project teams delivering functionality to the business on site as needed.
- Deliver timely, effective support via ServiceNow platform.
- 10 years’ experience in SAP support or related functions
- At least 5 years’ experience with SAP configuration / business process integration
- Primary skills in SAP Purchasing and Procurement, and / or Sales and Distribution
- Other SAP modules a plus – Materials & Warehouse Management, Finance and Controlling, Manufacturing Intelligence and Integration (MII).
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders across all levels of the NASP organization.
- Comfortable in a Plant environment – able to support operations projects & understand the impact to operational processes.
- Up to 25% intermittent travel to facility locations.
- Ability to effectively convey information, ideas, and instructions to individuals or groups, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to identify and analyze problems, generate and evaluate potential solutions, and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Must be able to manage multiple work streams and adapt to changes in prioritization.
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel intermediate to advance, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
