Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by addressing and resolving their inquiries.
- Manage order entry and updates for assigned accounts effectively.
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with plants to resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Provide timely updates on order confirmations, changes, and cancellations to customers and internal teams.
- Report unresolved service issues to sales and operations, recommending solutions as needed.
- Verify billing accuracy post-shipment and address any discrepancies.
- Handle credits, return authorizations, and pallet returns efficiently.
- Analyze inventory usage on stocked items and communicate any discrepancies.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved satisfactorily, with supervisor guidance when necessary.
- Collaborate with Planners, Sales Representatives, and Plant Management to enhance service delivery.
- Generate necessary reports for Plant Management and customers, including inventory and open order reports.
- Process plant claims related to shortages, quality concerns, and miscellaneous issues.
- Efficiently file customer documentation, including shipping records and orders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
