What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coater Operator (Material Center) position at Mauser Packaging Solutions?
Job Summary:
By following the production schedule, the coil shear operator will set-up& run production based on business needs. Understands & uses documented quality procedures to cut T/P-C/R & B/P
Set-up & run scroll & straight cut material on Coil lines 1 & 2. Including die changes.
Communicates & directs coil line stacker & lift truck operators to assist with production requirements.
Visually inspect quality & appearance of material.
Perform quality checks & document per quality system requirements using micrometers, gauges & Rockwell tester.
Detect operations difficulties & report to supervisor.
Complete training of LOTO. Perform routine maintenance & work with maintainer on all department equipment.
Read & interpret schedule.
Understand & use SAP/Barcode system.
May perform other job-related duties as required.
