Job Summary: Experienced maintenance mechanic sought for metal manufacturing environment. Perform routine maintenance, repair equipment, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities:
Clean and lubricate machinery components
Install and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment
Repair and replace gauges, valves, and pressure regulators
Perform building maintenance, including plumbing, welding, and general upkeep
Troubleshoot electrical issues and assess equipment
Log labor and parts using CMMS system
Work overtime, including weekends and off-shifts
Participate in on-call program and respond to after-hours issues
Maintain quality and safety standards, and follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent, technical degree in maintenance field preferred
Minimum 2 years experience as maintenance mechanic in metal manufacturing environment
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (ISO 9001) for metals manufacturing
PLC experience and ability to use various tools preferred
