What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at Mauser Packaging Solutions?
Responsibilities:
- To keep the production area supplied with resin, supplies, color and packaging materials.
- Ensure production has sufficient product for reconfiguration orders.
- Must be able to understand the operation of the Mould Tek Material Handling system and set up virgin, regrind, color changes & requirements and other additives as needed.
- To transfer finished goods to the storage area and maintain production entry sheets.
- Assign rows for production to put away product.
- Check labels to ensure product is correctly identified.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- All other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be a licensed or be able to be a licensed qualified forklift operator.
- Must be prepared to work in a cooperative environment.
- Must be willing and physically able to fulfill the job requirement
