What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mold Tech position at Mauser Packaging Solutions?
Responsibilities :
- Prepares and sets up molds in a timely manner. Responsible for the efficiency of molds, mold set-ups and removals, and perform PM on molds.
- Accounts for all related production and safety data.
- Identify and implement improvements to molds in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate inventory of mold components, purchase spare and replacement parts for molds.
- Prepares molds for shipment with documentation.
- Shim molds without direction.
- Ensures that production area is kept clean, tidy, organized, and is a safe working area.
- Understands, follows and ensures that all safety and company procedures or policies are being met. Attending all safety meetings.
- All other duties as assigned.
