You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our equipment runs smoothly, allowing us to better serve our customers and the environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Set up machine controls for production needs, including installing plate changeovers.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance checks on all production machinery.
• Repair basic mechanical components by replacing parts such as bearings and valves.
• Diagnose issues by observing and listening to mechanical devices in operation.
• Dismantle machinery to access and remove defective components.
• Adjust functional parts and control instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect worn parts to assess changes in dimensional requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and lubrication of machines to meet preventive maintenance standards.
• Document and track changeover times to improve efficiency.
• Complete maintenance work orders with a focus on safety, minimizing downtime, reducing scrap, and enhancing production quality.
• Follow all safety protocols including Lockout / Tagout procedures and observe workflow to maintain a safe environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.
