JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform all work in compliance with company policy and within the guidelines
- Unload all incoming raw materials
- Enter packing list into SAP
- Place all incoming raw materials in the warehouse in an organized manor
- Maintain all raw materials
- Pump al resin into the designated silos
- Keep resin spreadsheets up-to-date daily
- Sample each railcar after opening
- Perform Cycle Counts
- Participate in semi-annual inventory
- In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.
- Enter maintenance slips into SAP.
- Deliver Packages to maintenance department.
- Check incoming carriers and verify loads to be picked up.
- Cut BOLs for outgoing shipments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of four years of inventory, cycle counts, SAP, maintaining raw materials or related experience.
- Strong computer skills required
- SAP experience preferred
- Highly proficient in Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, skills in basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent at managing data at a detail level
- Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
- Must be solutions and process-oriented team player, working to help improve the processes.
- Materials handling experience
- Ability to work in a self-directed environment.
- Communication skills necessary to coordinate activities among various parties, including internal and external customers and vendors
- Ability to be on feet up to 12 hours per shift
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
