Some raw materials in the warehouse are listed as mildly hazardous. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. This is a warehouse and although the work is indoors the warehouse is not climate controlled.

Essential Functions
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Handle the reworking of HFI items including raw materials and finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Sort and prepare items designated for reworking or grinding.
- Reclaim and segregate reusable materials from rework operations to minimize waste.
- Accurately count, label and document reworked materials and items for inventory and production tracking.
- Recover usable components such as gaskets, handles, plugs, caps and other parts from scrap material and reintroduce them into the production process.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Warehouse experience is preferred.
- Must be forklift certified or able to get certified upon hire.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft office and general computer operations.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in rework processes and record-keeping.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English. Ability to speak Spanish, French Creole, and/or Hindi would be preferred.
- Basic understanding of inventory principals (Counting, labeling)
- Proficient in basic mathematics reading and writing.
