Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Assess, analyze, and provide timely resolution of issues in the production systems.
- Lead design and realization of system / process enhancements on time and free of defects
- Work closely with business process owners and plant leaders to deliver high quality support in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
- Understand and advise project teams on the inter-relationship between data, functionality & business processes.
- Lead project teams delivering functionality to the business, on site as needed.
- Deliver timely, effective support via ServiceNow platform.
