Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed performance targets
- Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline of existing and new customers
- Analyze the current customer mix and profitability by customer
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to support continued growth of call volume and preventative maintenance agreements
- Develop and implement KPIs that keep the team focused on recurring revenue and profit margin
- Construct effective presentation of solutions for customer awareness, education and decision making
- Manage the performance of sales team and hold them accountable to performance standards
- Build relationships cross-departmentally
Qualifications:
- Experienced and high performing salesperson and sales leader, 5 years of experience
- Highly experienced with evaluating and improving upon sales department KPIs and overall department business impact
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience in the skilled trades industry strongly preferred

Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $80k-$120k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
