Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Provide tailored plumbing product recommendations during in-home consultations. Understand customer needs and provide options for each client.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of plumbing systems to provide accurate advice. Stay informed about codes and industry standards.
- Sales Strategies: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Process options and estimates accurately and efficiently.
- Service Advice: Provide guidance and answer technical questions regarding plumbing installation and maintenance jobs.
- Reporting: Track and report on project progress. Document all job activities accurately.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Plumbing Experience
- B2C Sales Experience or aptitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales experience is required along with a proven track record in meeting sales targets.
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Comfortable in navigating through multiple software systems

Pay Transparency:
The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as its commission-based: the anticipated first year earnings average $65k-$150k. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience.
Physical Demands:
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
