What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Coordinator position at Mav Automation Ventures?
Overview
Mav is a product-led company, and next to our product, content is at the heart of what we do. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help us create and share our stories and grow our online community. You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand to brainstorm and execute our vision for the Mav brand across social media and other marketing channels.
We’re headquartered in the Arts District of Las Vegas, and work hybrid in-office, where you’ll enjoy our unique culture—house music, caffeine, good vibes, and our very own content studio.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage a marketing calendar based on our product roadmap, marketing strategy, partnerships, industry trends, and events.
- Brainstorm, pitch, and execute ideas for unique content for our platforms (blog, video, Linkedin, Instagram, X)
- Manage assets and collaborate with key stakeholders to collect proper messaging, schedule, and distribute content
- Identify opportunities to create additional stories based on existing content and performance metrics
- Adopt the voice of Mav for social media, engage and respond to comments
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, public relations, communications, or related field
- Experience with creating and publishing content on behalf of a brand
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to take on a brand voice
- Experience with social media platforms, management tools, analytics and content creation software (Linkedin, Instagram, Buffer, Sprout Social, CapCut, Canva, etc.)
- Good time management skills and ability to meet expectations under a deadline
- A passion for emerging technology and introducing people to new things through content
- Experience in a startup environment a plus
- Experience in content production, graphic design and/or video editing a major plus
