Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Conduct Cash Management reconciliation, set-up, transfers, and reporting
- Conduct account trend analysis
- Conduct Store daily report analysis, review, and correct accordingly
- Maintain strong bank depository relationship Qualifications : Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred Qualifications : Experience
- Proficient in Excel and MS office
- Experience with multiple accounting software systems preferred
- 1 year in Accounting preferred Qualifications : Team Member Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including strong listening skills
- Practice operating independently without the need for continuous oversight or direction
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and balance competing needs
- A history of taking the initiative to identify and solve work-related problems
- Experience in exercising initiative and sound judgment in decision-making Duties and responsibilities, as required by business necessity may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing. Scheduling and shift assignments and work location may be changed at any time, as required by business necessity. Compensation & Benefits Pay Range : $22.00 / hr. - $26.75 / hr. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik / Kum&Go considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
