Turnaround Coordinator; Preferred mechanical field supervision exp of at least 10 yrs and/or seasoned turnaround coordinator
Description
Seeking: 1 Day shift 1 Night Shift
Duties:
- Coordinate getting contractors work & daily permits,
- Knowing the location of the work activities and scopes of work, coordinating with other crafts to keep job interference to a minimum.
- Be present at and conduct when needed daily and Toolbox safety talks/meetings,
- Making sure the proper work order numbers are being charged to the work,
- working with client management to move Field change orders from estimates to approved work,
- responsible for the daily manpower count to match gate log,
- providing daily and shift end updates during the site turnaround update meetings at the end of each shift.
- Making sure the update from daily work is coordinated to the planning & scheduling group for shift updates.
- Communicating with the client’s supervisor of coordinators with any field, material, or personnel issues.
- Making sure materials are expedited from material storage to job site.
- Act as liaison between turnaround management contractors in your area.
Start Date: June 16, 2025, 2 weeks of 5-10’s pre turnaround
TA start date: June 30, 2025, running through August 1, 2025, 7-13’s
