Job Summary
**Job Title:** Mowing and Landscaping Employee

**Hourly Pay:** Starting at $20/hour
**Hours:** Flexible; willing to adjust start times to accommodate your schedule. Monday-Wednesday focus on mowing; Thursday and Friday involve landscaping tasks. Weekly hours range from 30-40.
**Summary:** This position involves managing daily mowing and landscaping routes using our company app and efficiently and safely operating lawn equipment to maintain the appearance of lawns and grounds. Responsibilities also include equipment maintenance and keeping the company truck and equipment clean.

**Responsibilities:**
* Operate riding (zero-turn and stand-on) and/or push mowers to cut grass to specified heights.
* Maintain and clean mowing equipment, reporting needed repairs to the supervisor.
* Edge and trim lawns around obstacles.
* Remove debris (leaves, sticks, trash) from lawns.
* Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE and uniform.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.
* Drive safely, remain hands-free (using voice-command GPS), and maintain a professional appearance. No smoking in the company vehicle.
* Utilize the company app for daily route management.
* Perform landscaping tasks as assigned on Thursdays and Fridays.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the company truck and equipment.
**Qualifications:**
* Prior experience on a mowing crew.
* Experience operating zero-turn and stand-on mowers.
* Experience using trimmers and blowers.
* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently.
* Valid driver's license.
