The Legal Assistant will help attorneys with a wide range of tasks from administrative office help to assisting with critical projects. We will provide training for highly motivated individuals who show a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation, drafting, and reviewing of legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
- Handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally
- Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining case files
- Conduct legal research and compile case-related information
- Organize and maintain accurate records of client interactions, case progress, and court filings
- Assist with preparation of client meetings and depositions

Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Paralegal certification is a plus but not required
- 2 to 4 years of office, legal, or professional work
- Natural and comfortable with exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively within a team
- Highly motivated, proactive, and dependable with a strong work ethic
Your Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000, commensurate with experience
