About the Role
Maven is looking for a Senior IT Engineer to join our growing IT Team. This position will monitor, maintain, and support Maven's computer systems, applications, and network. This role focuses on designing and integrating systems across our tech stack. In addition to IT projects and initiatives, you will also assist with the day-to-day support and operations of the Maven user base. This role is based in NYC and will be required to be in office three days a week.

For candidates in NYC the salary range for this role is $150,000 - $190,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive a bonus, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our Engineering & Product teams primarily operate from Seattle, WA, San Francisco / Bay Area, CA, and the New York Metropolitan area, NY. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). This policy aims to balance remote work flexibility with the benefits of face-to-face interaction.
