Job Details
Absolute must haves
- Conversational AI chatbot project
- Previous GenAI project
Prefer if they have some Gen AI exposure and have done some previous implementation. Also having Python dev experience would be beneficial.
- Conversational AI / NLP Implementation:
- Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (such as Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)
- Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
- Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Cloud Architecture:
- Strong preference for AWS expertise especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB
- Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
- Integration & DevOps:
- Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (such as Terraform, CloudFormation)
