UI/UX Designer with AI (Only w2)

Job Title: UX/UI Designer Conversational Design

About the Role

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on conversational design to shape intelligent, intuitive digital interactions across chat and voice platforms. You ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize AI-powered experiences using tools like NLX, Netomi, and other conversational platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric conversational flows for chat and voice applications (e.g., NLX, Netomi)
• Translate business and user needs into intuitive conversation structures and UX/UI patterns
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI trainers to implement and iterate designs
• Conduct usability testing, analyze results, and refine conversational interfaces accordingly
• Apply best practices for tone, personality, and accessibility in conversational interactions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interaction models for bot and voice interfaces
• Ensure consistency across platforms while adapting for context (web, mobile, IVR, etc.)

Requirements

• 3 years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing conversational work
• Experience with conversational AI platforms (NLX, Netomi, Dialogflow, etc.)
• Strong understanding of natural language UX and voice interface design
• Familiarity with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and guide users with clear, helpful interactions

Preferred

• Experience working with AI/NLP teams or in customer support automation
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure bot performance and user experience
• Writing experience in UX microcopy or chatbot scripting
