Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records at our foam shop. This role ensures that materials, supplies, and finished products are properly tracked, stored, and replenished to support production and customer demand. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management : Maintain accurate inventory records, including raw materials, foam products, and supplies. Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Stock Control : Monitor stock levels and reorder materials as needed to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Receiving & Storage : Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
• Order Fulfillment : Assist in preparing materials for production and pulling inventory for customer orders.
• Data Entry & Reporting : Record all inventory movements in SAP and generate reports on stock levels, usage trends, and discrepancies.
• Loss Prevention : Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Warehouse Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient storage area for easy access to materials.
• Collaboration : Work closely with purchasing, production, and sales teams to ensure inventory meets business needs.
