- Maintain legal records; process invoices; track legal matters; oversee investment/legal workstreams to ensure compliance.
- Assist legal and investment teams with entity formation; state registrations; document execution; record management.
- Manage electronic data and hard copy documents; implement process improvements; assist legal, compliance, and operations teams as needed.
- Handle scheduling; meeting preparation; document execution; expense reporting; provide coverage for admin team members.
