Your mission: Convert inbound calls into booked appointments, follow up with leads, and ensure every homeowner is scheduled for a consultation with our expert team.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls with confidence and professionalism – You’re not just answering the phone; you’re building trust and excitement.
- Convert calls into scheduled appointments – Your goal is to ensure every qualified lead results in a booked roofing inspection.
- Master our scripts & sales techniques – You’ll be trained on high-performance call handling to increase booking rates.
- Follow up with unscheduled leads – We don’t let potential customers slip through the cracks.
- Confirm appointments & reduce cancellations – Ensure homeowners are home and ready for their consultation.
- Be the expert on our process – Educate homeowners on our services, warranties, and what sets Maven Roofing apart.
