A leading medical organization known for its fantastic culture and commitment to healthcare innovation, is seeking a Helpdesk Manager to lead its technical support team. This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while overseeing nationwide IT support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of three direct reports, ensuring high-quality support and issue resolution.
- Manage remote IT support for multiple offices across the country.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to enhance IT service delivery and efficiency.
- Oversee asset management, ensuring accurate inventory and lifecycle management.
- Maintain and administer Active Directory, managing user accounts, access, and security policies.
- Track and manage the annual helpdesk budget, ensuring cost-effective IT solutions.
- Work primarily in a Microsoft environment, with some Apple products.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced helpdesk or IT support leader with a strong background in team management and remote support operations.
- Expertise in asset management and Active Directory administration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize IT resources.
- Familiarity with Microsoft-based infrastructure and experience supporting some Apple products.
- Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in the North Columbus/Westerville area.
