Key Responsibilities:
- Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and execute repairs on various roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, metal, and flat roofs.
- Lead a small crew on repair projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management regarding repair needs, job progress, and project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, repair work completed, and any additional issues found during inspections.
- Ensure all work meets Maven Roofing’s quality standards and adheres to local building codes.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance overall team performance.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of roofing repair experience, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and repair methods.
- Experience leading a crew or working independently on complex repair jobs.
- Ability to safely operate power tools and roofing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
