The Role:
We’re seeking a Master Craftsman to join our growing team. This isn’t just another construction job; it’s an opportunity to showcase your expertise in general construction, framing, siding, and roofing (including metal roofing) while staying hands-on every day. You’ll work alongside a team of high-caliber professionals who share your passion for excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Execute high-quality installations in metal roofing, shingle roofing, siding, framing, and general construction
- Lead by example—mentoring less experienced team members while still putting your bags on and getting the job done
- Problem-solve on-site to ensure every project meets our exacting standards
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to deliver efficient, high-quality results
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in roofing (including metal roofing), siding, framing, and general construction
- Experience working with standing seam, R-panel, and corrugated metal roofing, shingle and flat roofing systems is a plus
- The ability to take ownership of your work and operate at a high level without constant oversight
- A strong work ethic and commitment to craftsmanship—no cutting corners
- A team-first mentality with leadership qualities to train and support others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
