What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll learn the Maven Roofing business from the ground up, gaining expertise in:
- Customer service and relationship management
- Sales and marketing strategies
- Financial management and budgeting
- Operations and team leadership

Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 6 months of experience in sales, retail/hospitality customer service, or military leadership
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Must relocate or currently live within commuting distance of a Maven Roofing location

Pay: $60,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
