OnePeak Medical is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee daily clinic operations, streamline processes, and contribute to long-term scalability.
With 16 clinics across the Pacific Northwest and expansion plans on the horizon, this leadership role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient experiences, operational efficiency, and team development across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Efficiency
- Support the Senior Director of Operations and oversee practice managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement quality tracking systems, optimize patient experience, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Identify scalability opportunities to enhance operational efficiencies across multiple locations.
Multi-Site Management & Cross-Department Oversight
- Manage clinic operations while potentially overseeing call center, laboratory services, and other operational areas.
- Develop and standardize training programs to support consistent clinic performance.
- Mentor and coach practice managers, fostering leadership and accountability at all levels.
Strategic Planning & Growth
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute long-term operational strategies.
- Develop and implement scalable systems to support future clinic expansion and organizational growth.
- Ensure resource optimization and budgetary efficiency across locations.
Autonomous Problem Solving & Travel
- Operate independently, identifying and proactively resolving operational challenges.
- Frequent travel to clinics is required to maintain operational consistency and support expansion.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔ 5 years of experience in healthcare operations leadership in multi-site ambulatory care or private equity setting.
✔ Strong strategic vision and ability to scale operations in a growing organization.
✔ Proven team leadership, with experience mentoring clinic and practice managers.
✔ Ability to thrive in a startup-like environment, wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving needs.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Nursing, or a related field is required.
✔ Clinical Background: A clinical background (e.g., RN, NP) is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
