Our small, but mighty team has established partnerships with Costco, Bristol Farms, Whole Foods, Safeway, Andronicos, Pavilions, and hundreds of other retailers—and we look forward to continuing to grow in 2025.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth strategy for both U.S. and international markets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing revenue team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results.
  • Oversee the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B partnerships with distributors, retailers, and foodservice providers.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through expansion strategies.
  • Develop customized market entry strategies, including go-to-market plans for niche products and emerging markets (APAC preferred).
  • Leverage internal and external sales data to guide market expansion decisions.
  • Implement KPIs and performance metrics to assess sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Identify trends and competitive insights to refine pricing, promotion, and distribution strategies.
  • Work closely with the executive leadership team on budgeting, sales forecasting, and growth planning.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations to align revenue strategies with broader business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of CPG B2B sales experience, specifically in the frozen dessert category.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Established a network within the CPG food & beverage industry with food service distributors
  • Dedication to representing our brand and company with the utmost professionalism and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of adjusting to the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Reliable and exceptionally organized, with a keen ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive, detail-focused, and resourceful approach, prioritizing quality work over just “getting it done.”
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the US and internationally.
  • Thorough understanding and experience working with niche products. APAC go-to-market preferred.

  • Location: In-Office or Hybrid SF Bay Area (Open to Remote, but some travel to San Jose required)
  • Employment Type: Full-time Senior Level
  • Salary: $150,000-$175,000 DOE Commission 
  • Start Date: ASAP
