Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on operational readiness.
- Experience in developing knowledge management systems, with at least 2 implementations preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for collaborating with cross-functional teams and content creation.
- Experience with workflow/process development and documentation management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Ability to stay highly organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced project environments.
- Utility industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Develop and establish a strategy for records retention and knowledge management for customer systems.
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand the current (as-is) and future (to-be) states and define SLAs.
- Develop knowledge management content, reports, and dashboards to support operational needs.
- Establish a change control process and assist stakeholders during implementation and adoption.
- Ensure that the schedule, scope, and budget are maintained throughout the project.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the final solution aligns with the strategic goals.
