Overview
The City of Atlanta (CoA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing support and professional services for its implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution. This CRM system is used to capture and track service requests from CoA citizens. The selected vendor will be responsible for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of the platform.
- The selected vendor must have the ability to configure, modify, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- The vendor will be required to resolve issues and develop enhancements as dictated by business needs.
- The vendor will assign a primary Technical Consultant to review tasks, draft requirements / acceptance documents, determine level of effort estimates, develop resolutions and / or enhancements, and test / deploy solutions.
