Key Responsibilities:
- PPM System Buildout: Lead the design and configuration of a Monday.com workspace to meet the needs of Project Portfolio Management, including custom dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Develop and configure Monday.com boards, dashboards, and workflows that align with project lifecycle management and portfolio processes.
- Custom Automation & Integration: Implement automations to optimize project management tasks and integrate Monday.com with other tools, including MS Project, Salesforce, Slack, and more.
- Training & Support: Provide training sessions and documentation to end users, ensuring they leverage Monday.com efficiently for project tracking, reporting, and management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the PMO manager, team leads, IT, and other departments to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of Monday.com within the organization.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Address any issues with the Monday.com system, providing troubleshooting support and recommending improvements to ensure the tool continues to meet the needs of the organization.
- Proven experience as a Monday.com Consultant, particularly with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, principles, and workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of Monday.com, including board structures, automation features, integrations, and reporting functionalities.
- Experience designing and building custom Monday.com solutions tailored to business needs.
- Expertise in integrating Monday.com with other tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills to enhance system design and functionality.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, particularly in a remote environment.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams within an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting in Monday.com or similar platforms.
- Experience with custom API integrations and advanced automation within Monday.com.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of three years of experience with Monday.com, particularly in a project management or portfolio management capacity.
