Description:
Seeking a Sr IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, Payroll, and Benefits. This role requires strong project management, ERP expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee large-scale Oracle Fusion projects from planning to delivery.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to align project goals.
- Gather requirements, manage customization, and ensure smooth system configuration.
- Develop and execute test plans, resolve issues, and optimize workflows.
- Lead end-user training, change management, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure data migration, integration, and compliance with legal standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in Oracle ERP, 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Project Management: Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Technical & HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, Oracle Fusion functionalities, and system integrations.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement.
