Job Description:
- Experience performing requirements gathering for Digital interfaces such as API/Microservices / Swagger.
- Experience in drafting interface specifications for Microservices and drafting user stories.
- Experience in gathering requirements for UI working alongside UX designers.
- Clarifying requirements for developers and testers.
- 5 years of experience with hands on experience of tracking tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills and experienced in working with senior and technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of with Agile Methodology.
Good to have:
- Experience in AI / ML / NLP
- Exposure to Retail Banking Operations domain
